Is there a minimum order value ?
No. There is no minimum order required to order.
How can i track my order ?
You can click on Track Order on homepage or the Track button in “Shipping & Delivery” page.
Can i get a refund if i accidently placed a wrong order ?
Yes, if the order has not been dispatched, you can call or email us for refund. However, if the order status is moved to dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.
Why do i see reference to MayaaEstore in MayaaFashions ?
MayaaFashions is our Online Fashion store exclusively owned and maintained by MayaaEstore.
Are products marked Organic are Really Organic ?
We procure from only certified farming communities and manufacturers who have reputed Organic Certification. You can reach us for any clarities on the same.
How do I get low cost shipping ?
Since the courier charges are based on weight, if you order more it is economical and hence you can get less shipping charges if you order more quantities.
Can I place orders for a different delivery address from my billing address ?
Yes. You can have your order delivered to different address other than your billing address. You need to register and create an account for the same.
How do I know if the product that i ordered can be delivered to my pincode ?
At the product page, you can select your country and enter pincode to confirm if the delivery is available in your region.
